Meet...Tim Phillips

With over 35 years of experience in financial services, Tim Phillips brings deep insight and genuine compassion to the world of estate planning. As Director of Custodis Wills & Estate Planning, Tim has witnessed firsthand the distress and disruption that can arise when people haven’t taken the time to plan where their estate should go—or failed to put essential tools like a Lasting Power of Attorney in place. These experiences have shaped his mission: to ensure individuals and families are fully informed, properly protected, and confidently prepared for the future.

Tim is passionate about helping people make the right decisions for themselves, their loved ones, and their businesses. He believes in empowering clients through education and careful guidance, ensuring every plan is as personal as it is practical.

Beyond the office, Tim is a husband to Melinda, a proud father and step father, and a caring son to an elderly parent—roles that reinforce his belief in the importance of planning for those we love. When he’s not working, you’ll find him traveling with family, cheering (and commiserating) as a loyal rugby supporter of Wales and the Exeter Chiefs, or out walking with his ever-faithful Border Collie, his constant shadow.
